Orders :: JEWELLERY

Your jewellery will be dispatched within 4-5 days of receiving your order (subject to availability). Standard delivery takes approximately 7-10 working days.

The recorded delivery charge is £4.95 for any number of items ordered. All of our products come with a 30 day guarantee (excluding bespoke ordered items, earrings and sale items). Unwanted items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags intact. You may either exchange the item or request a full refund.

If a product is faulty, return it within 10 days. Please email us at returns@dipity.co.uk quoting your order number. If the item is still in stock, a replacement or refund will be offered.

Guarantee
we want you to be completely happy with your jewellery. Every care has been taken to ensure that the description and specifications are correct, however, while the colour reproduction is as close a representation as possible, a slight variation in the actual goods may occur, and as the goods are handmade there may be a slight variation in stone shapes .

 

Orders :: STATIONERY

Depending on the size of your order your cards will be dispatched within 2-3 days. Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. Serendipity is not liable for any loss or damage suffered, through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Delivery
Standard royal mail unless the recorded delivery option has been selected. Credit/debit cards are accepted through Paypal/Nochex. You can pay by cheque; stationery will not be dispatched until funds have cleared (payable to L Gordon-Mackenzie T/A Serendipity Productions)

Returns
We have a 30 day return and refund or replacement policy. Should you wish to return your goods please send them back in their original condition and packaging. If the goods are faulty we will offer the option of refund or replacement.

 

Orders :: BESPOKE

Once your design is selected, you will need to decide on typefaces and additional wordings. Samples can be posted (for a £2 fee) or sent electronically free of charge. Once you’re satisfied, to proceed you are required to pay a 50% deposit. Initial proofs will be sent for approval including your proforma invoice.

All proof reading of any printing will be finalised by you. Once you are sure the text is correct your cards will be produced. When your cards are ready, the final balance must be paid to secure delivery. Unfortunately serendipity can’t accept returns on bespoke orders

Delivery is usually by recorded delivery – charges will vary depending on the size of your order.

 

Additional Information

We suggest invitations be sent out 6-12 weeks before your special day. Please give as much notice to enable Serendipity to perfect your stationery.

On receipt of your deposit project completion will take up to 4 weeks. Timings can vary depending on the size of the order.
